Of all the bible study guides i have seen online, tIm so glad to have chanced upon this site.
I still dont know how this works, if there will be assignments or stuff, i registered.  Ill find out soon and let ya'll know =)

I hope I can stay through the entire study.
I remember saying last year i'd want to have read the bible cover to cover in a year.
Well, Im not disappointed at myself though Im not even halfway.

Ive learned that since Im a beginner, its not a matter of finishing it.
There's just too much message.

What do i mean?
Say, in the story of Abel and Cain in Genesis.

Abel's offering was accepted by the Lord, Cain's were not.
Ive read this a few times before but never really asked why.
But why wasnt Cain's offering not accepted?
Well, there are a bunch of interpretation on google so i have spent some time on stuff like these.
I am happy with this kind of bible reading.

My first taste of religious persecution

Last weekend, i met with close friends.
I have close friends who have a strong catholic faith.

They were surprised to find out i have been a christian since last year.
They were like "What happened to you?!"
They kind of think i was held under a spell or something and that the church will just collect money from me. 
I was more surprised to see their reaction.

It saddens me.
I didnt want to start to debate with them that we are believing in the same God and Jesus Christ.
Oh, it was a terrible feeling :(

Finally, my first Christian church attendance

Yesterday, i attended the CCF service (Pastor Peter's) with Apple and her husband at St Francis Square.
Yup, i know ang layo.
Talagang noong una, ang plano ko was to just meet with Apple and to finally see my inaanak Caleb.
Pero since dun sila nagchuchurch, sinamahan nila ako.
Thank you Apple, though balik pa talaga kayo ng 4:30PM for D-group, nagservice parin kayo ng 10AM para sakin.

It feels so good to sing to your heart. 
And sing it out so loud.
If only i memorize the songs, it would be nice to sing it with eyes closed and just feel it :)

Why is it whenever we talk to psychological therapist, we feel less burden.

Because we open up and confess to the therapist.

Pastor Ed: When We Worry Too Much

"Give us this day our daily bread"  God wanted us concentrate on the the current. 

Also i watched a clip saying, he wants us to pray everyday and ask for his blessing.  The Lord's prayer didnt say "Give us our bread for the year" because he wants us to communicate with him day by day.
